Also, if you are given a block by either webmaster, you cannot unblock yourself if you're a bureaucrat and/or sysop. If it is given for a good reason and a suitable time, don't unblock because either webmaster will just keep blocking. This shall now be added to the Law. If you don't follow this rule, you will not be able to play Sticks when it comes out.
